HRSG Project of SamsungGroup in Qatar

In the past few years, the third world economy development has been in full swing. Qatar – a developing country, which belongs to the third economy. It also develops very rapidly because of it’s rich oil resources. So relevant projects in Qatar is very popular. And its demand of piping materials is huge.

Samsung Group is one of the largest multinational conglomerates and a globally listed 500 company. It includes numerous international subsidiaries. Its subsidiaries include: Samsung Electronics, Samsung SDI, Samsung SDS, Samsung Motor, Samsung Heavy Industries and Samsung Life. And Samsung Heavy Industries has subsidiary in Qatar. So there are many projects of Samsung Group in Qatar.

HRSG – heat recovery steam generator, The waste heat boiler can greatly improves the utilization of heat released by fuel combustion, so the boiler is very energy efficient. And energy efficient is one of the key factors for a country to be sustainable. Our Korea customer is responsible for some Qatar projects. This time they get the project for Qatar branch of Samsung. They purchase the piping materials from us,  carbon steel flange, fittings and pipe. Kinds of size for flange and fittings, and kinds of length for pipe. This order is complex, we need also do some welding work. Through our effort, this piping material finished smoothly.
